We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
2. Service Description
HiNiHao provides online Chinese learning services, including:
- One-on-one and group Chinese classes
- Learning materials and resources
- Progress tracking and assessment
- Tutor matching services
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account information updated
- Protect the security of your account password
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms: All fees are priced in Chinese Yuan. Course fees must be paid at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Refund policy: First 3 classes come with satisfaction guarantee for full refund. After 3 classes, unused classes can be refunded proportionally. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
5. Class Policy
Class scheduling and cancellation: Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled 12 hours in advance. Being late for more than 15 minutes is considered absence. Classes missed without notice are non-refundable. Class interruptions due to technical issues will be made up.
6. User Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or offend other users or tutors
- Share inappropriate or harmful content
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with normal service operation
7. Intellectual Property
Our services contain content protected by intellectual property laws. You agree to: Not copy, distribute, or modify our course materials. Use provided content only for personal learning purposes. Respect the intellectual property of tutors and other users.
8. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee: Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Learning results or specific learning outcomes. Accuracy of third-party content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiNiHao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, especially if you violate these terms. After account termination, you will lose access to our services.
